Background

Siri Khalsa is a Web and graphic designer, currently employed with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and also maintaining an active freelance business. She decided to become a graphic designer after realizing that she could have a job that involves one of her favorite subjects—art—and one of her habits—being meticulous.
She graduated from the Minnesota School of Business with a two-year degree in Graphic Design in 2001. After performing internships to hone her skills in the private and public sectors, she determined that working in the public sector suited her well. In her capacity with both municipalities and in her freelance work, Siri has become a graphic Jill-of-all-publications, moving fluidly from Web design and maintenance to brochures, logos, newsletters, and much more.
